Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
  • Custom orders and items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
  • If the item was received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.

Warranty and Guarantee

Unless otherwise indicated, the warranty for all our items are limited to 1 month availability on any manufacturer’s defects. Do refer to the above for our returns and refunds policy.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs for the exchange item.
